简介 Brief Introduction
东南大学建筑系学士，剑桥大学建筑系硕士、博士，曾任RMJM伦敦建筑事务所环境设计师、剑桥大学副研究员，谢菲尔德大学客座设计导师，现为南京大学建筑与城市规划学院副教授、城市AI与绿色人居环境营造江苏省高校重点实验室智能感知与环境行为子实验室主任。担任中国建筑学会环境行为专业委员会委员，中国建筑学会建筑评论专业委员会委员，江苏省声学产业技术创新中心专家，英国皇家建筑师学会（RIBA）建筑学学位课程认证评委，国际期刊Architectural Design客座主编。
主要从事智能感知与环境行为、建筑适应性、多模态交互与建筑设计、未来人居环境与城市更新领域的研究。
Pingping Dou holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Southeast University, followed by a Master of Environmental Design in Architecture and a Ph.D. in Architecture and Urban Studies, both from University of Cambridge. She has accumulated extensive professional experience, beginning her career as an Environmental Designer at RMJM London Ltd, and later serving as a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge and a Visiting Design Tutor at the University of Sheffield. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Nanjing University, and also serves as the Director of the Intelligent Perception and Environmental Behavior Sub-Laboratory at the Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Urban AI and Green Human Settlements. Her research focuses on intelligent perception and environmental behavior, future human habitat and architectural adaptability, multi-modal interaction in architectural design and urban regeneration. Academically, she contributes as an Accreditation Reviewer for RIBA Architecture Degree Programs, a Guest Editor for Architectural Design. Additionally, she is a Committee Member of both the Environmental Behavior Committee and the Architectural Criticism Committee within the Architectural Society of China, and an Expert Advisor at the Jiangsu Acoustic Industry Technology Innovation Center.
